Shipping Policy:  

•  Most orders placed before 1PM CST will ship same business day.

•  If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order willbe shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.

 •  All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Tuesday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.

•  All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.                                                              

•  Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed
   quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.

•  Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us at 281-442-1050 .

•  Customer has 7 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.

•  All orders being shipped outside the US must be placed via phone.

•  Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or UPS shipping holidays.

•  All photos, descriptions and content written or described on this site are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the products shipped.

•  Ekstensive Metalworks LLC reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:
      
Ekstensive Metalworks LLC is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping
company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS,USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier.
All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought
to the carrier’s attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and Ekstensive Metalworks LLC
that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier,
our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Ekstensive Metalworks LLC
has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the
carrier. If necessary, Ekstensive Metalworks LLC will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier
in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.

Non Defective Returns:

All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

•  Must contact our offices within 7 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 7 days. No
   exceptions unless authorized before purchase.

•  Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our
   offices at 281-442-1050 .

•  All returns must be post marked within 2 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number.
   Packages not post marked within 2 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected
   by the returns department.

•  Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in way.

•  The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise
   box must not be defaced or altered in any way.

•  All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and
   instructions. Missing items or accessories will result in a loss of refund.


  Defective Equipment:
 
  Any goods which prove to be defective must be warranted through the manufacturer only. If
  the item in question is made by Ekstensive Metalworks LLC, then the item must be returned to us within 30 days.
  The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
 
•  Contact our offices within 30 Days at 281-442-1050  for a return authorization number. No returned merchandise
   will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.
•  All defective returns must be post marked within 2 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization
   Number. Packages not post marked within 2 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be
   rejected by the returns department.
•  All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the
   manuals and instructions. Missing items or accessories will result in a loss of refund.
•  If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to
   either send the item back to the customer or restock the item.
•  The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise
   box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
•  Merchandise initially shipped ‘double-boxed’ must be returned to Ekstensive Metalworks LLC in like fashion. The
   order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment.

*Please note that customer has 7 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery.

*All defective reshipments will be sent UPS Ground. Customers can upgrade the defective reshipment at their cost
upon request. A hold will be placed on the purchasers credit card for the amount of the replacement part. Once the
returned equipment is received by our warehouse the hold will be released.

  
 
*Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. 
We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. Ekstensive Metalworks LLC is not responsible for any
lost or stolen return packages.

Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages
should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.

Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and
manuals are returned in proper fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the

Non-US based returns may require duty fees or brokerage fees depending on the carrier of choice.
Ekstensive Metalworks LLC assumes no responsibility for duty or brokerage fees for any shipments both outbound
or return shipments. Non-US based customers are responsible for all duty, customs and brokerage fees.
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH THE MANUALS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. ANY EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED BOXES WITH THE UPC BAR CODE
